Job Description

Senior Service Designer London - Hybrid £60,000 - £70,000 Currently in search of a Senior Service Designer to join one of the UK’s leading digital design consultancies supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes to both the public and private sectors. You’ll be an experienced Service Designer working in the discipline for at least 4-5 years ideally with a public sector or consulting background and are keen to grow and develop your skillset within an expanding design practice! What you’ll do: • Lead strategic planning for the client’s service with the user at the heart. • Create service maps, value propositions or service blueprints. • Provide advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organisational problems. • Work to common goals and be the voice of the customer in the room. • Generate conceptsto evolve and improve existing services. • Simplify complex information and processes focused on the user and how they’ll interact with a service.
