️ Senior Building Surveyor Central London | Up to £72,000 Bonus | Hybrid – 2 Days WFH This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy, working across a strong pipeline of residential and commercial defect and remediation projects while delivering high-quality professional services. What You’ll Get Up to £72,000 base salary (flexible depending on experience) Up to 10% discretionary bonus 26 days holiday bank holidays option to buy 5 extra days Hybrid working (2 days from home) 5% matched pension contribution Health cover £5k core critical illness cover Life assurance (3x salary) Annual CSR days Role & Responsibilities Inspect and provide professional advice on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment Acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys, and defect investigations Prepare detailed reports and schedules of works Design and oversee projects using recognised building contracts and technical standards Ensure compliance with building regulations, H&S, party wall, and planning requirements Support RICS APC candidates (if Chartered) Skills & Experience Required MRICS or working towards chartership Strong background in project management & professional services Skilled in defect diagnosis and report writing Insurance repair project experience (advantageous) Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of CDM Regulations, Party Wall & current building regulations
