Here at GXO Logistics, were looking for a Client Account Manager to join the team at our growingsite in Fareham We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing person to join our team. In this role, you will support in engaging and helping our clients leverage our solutions for success in their ecommerce initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time role where youll be predominately working Monday Friday however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all! What youll do on a typical day: Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence Run assigned client meetings, setting agendas, leading on presentations Ensure work is delivered within established timeframes and up to the companys high standards Responsible for keeping client satisfaction with companys services and tracking service metrics Assist with financial modelling, budgets and forecasts What you need to succeed at GXO: Have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-moving logistics operation Client Service delivery or account management experience Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced excel & data reporting experience We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains
