Freelance Contract Manager

We're Hiring: Freelance Contract Manager Location: Wigan Sectors: Commercial Project Types: Educational, hospitals, retail, accommodation Payrate: £320- £420 a day Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to: Manage and coordinate multiple projects across the North West region. Ensure compliance with contract terms, industry regulations, and company policies. Lead project planning, programming, and resourcing. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Monitor project performance, budgets, and cost control measures. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide regular progress reports to senior management. Promote a strong health & safety culture across all projects.
