Job description Care Coordinator Location: Heywood Salary: From £27,000 bonus & on-call (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time Do you love keeping things organised, solving problems, and helping people? Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and advocate for your clients. No hands-on care required, but your role directly impacts the lives of others. What We're Looking For: Strong organisational skills and a calm, problem-solving approach. Office/admin experience (health or care experience is a bonus, but not essential). Great communicator who can adapt to different people and situations. Confident decision-maker who stays professional under pressure. Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
