Customer Service Representative Location: Banbury Salary: Up to £34,000 for the right person Job Type: Full-time Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic team. What You Will Be Doing Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email, primarily relating to spare parts Assisting customers with identifying the correct spare parts for their needs Providing updates on order status, returns and delivery arrangements Offering insights into spare parts sales history and trends Processing sales orders for products, ancillary items and spare parts efficiently Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, including accounts and contacts What We Are Looking For Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A positive attitude and commitment to high levels of customer service Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems such as Navision Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals Flexible and responsive to customer and business needs High attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of the product ranges or willingness to learn Strong time management and ability to work independently Why Apply This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where your contributions make a real impact.
