Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve queries efficiently. Promote products and services, using up-selling and cross-selling techniques where appropriate. Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Meet and exceed service KPIs including AHT and CSAT. Share customer insights to help improve service delivery.
