Job Description Are you someone who thrives on making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people with additional needs? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist SEN school that is looking for a Learning Mentor to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role starting on a temporary basis, with potential to become permanent for the right person. About the Role: You'll be working with pupils who may have: Autism ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs Communication difficulties or sensory needs Your day will involve: Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Working one-to-one or in small groups in and out of the classroom Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic care and education The Ideal Candidate: Resilient, calm and compassionate Experienced in working with children or young people with SEND/SEMH A natural de-escalator, with a supportive presence A team player who's ready to learn and grow in a specialist setting Why Work With Tradewind Recruitment?
