We're Hiring: Paid Social Manager | £38,000–£45,000 | London (Hybrid) Are you a paid social expert who knows how to balance creativity with performance? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that’s looking for a Paid Social Manager to run standout campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. The Role In this role, you’ll take ownership of paid social campaigns from strategy through execution—delivering measurable results while keeping the creative sharp. You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns hit the mark every time. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram Develop targeting strategies and audience segments to drive performance Write engaging ad copy and work with creative teams on high-performing visuals Continuously test, learn, and optimise across platforms Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and report insights clearly Stay up to date with trends and platform updates to keep campaigns ahead of the curve ✅ What You Bring 2 years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house) Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Strong copywriting and creative review skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions A proactive, team-focused attitude and a passion for paid media Salary & Benefits £38,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE) Hybrid working (London office 2–3 days/week) Fast-moving, collaborative agency culture Great perks, training budget, and regular team socials Opportunities to grow and take on more strategic responsibilities Join an ambitious team that values both performance and creativity.
