Job Advert: Project Manager – Commercial Groundworks Location: Southall, London Start Date: Immediate Duration: Until February 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary Rate: Competitive (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a commercial groundworks project in Southall . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong site and subcontractor management skills, looking to hit the ground running on a fast-paced job. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on a busy groundworks site Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and direct labour Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams Maintain HSEQ compliance and site documentation Drive progress on-site and resolve issues proactively Requirements: Proven experience managing commercial groundworks projects Strong knowledge of groundworks including drainage, foundations, and concrete works SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certification Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage tight programmes What’s on Offer: Immediate start with project running until February 2026 Well-supported project with a reputable contractor Competitive day rate Opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial scheme in West London
