We’re partnering with a leading international law firm whose high-performing team specialises in sophisticated private credit and innovative asset-backed financings. This is a role for lawyers who want to be at the forefront of deal innovation , working with major funds, asset managers, and lenders on mandates that demand creativity and precision. This is not a role for routine or formulaic work. Expect to: Structure transactions across a wide spectrum, from real estate and auto finance to fintech lending, media revenue streams, crypto, and litigation funding Take deals from initial structuring and term sheet through to closing, with significant client ownership and responsibility Collaborate across corporate, regulatory, tax, and restructuring to deliver solutions that competitors can’t replicate Build relationships with sophisticated private credit funds and specialist finance providers The team is entrepreneurial, fast-growing, and works on genuinely market-leading deals . The ideal candidate will be around 8–9PQE (flexible for the right profile) with strong technical skills, a commercial edge, and the drive to develop their own network alongside the firm’s.
