POSITION SUMMARY Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Test Lead Location: Somerset, UK (Hybrid) - (expenses paid) Type: Permanent We’re looking for a Test Lead with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join a growing technology-focused organisation. This position will play a key role in shaping and delivering robust testing approaches for D365 F&O projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly with business processes. Main Duties: Create and own the end-to-end testing strategy for Dynamics 365 F&O programmes. Oversee all testing phases, including planning, execution, and defect resolution. Ensure functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing meet business objectives. Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technical specialists to embed best practices in testing. Champion test automation initiatives and continuous delivery processes within D365 environments. Skills & Experience Required: 7 years’ experience testing ERP platforms, with significant exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong grounding in manual and automated testing methods, performance testing, and quality assurance frameworks. Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, or RSAT. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
