What you'll be doing Lead on complex, high-stakes insurance coverage disputes — often multi-jurisdictional and legally intricate. Advise a premium roster of UK and international insurers. Run strategic subrogated recovery actions where needed. Mentor junior lawyers and play a visible role in team leadership and development. Collaborate on client strategy, litigation tactics, and business development. What we're looking for Senior-level Solicitor or Legal Executive with deep experience in insurance litigation. Strong track record advising on coverage disputes, ideally within a recognised insurance team. Technically outstanding and commercially switched-on.
