Senior Associate – Projects & Construction Advisory – London A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Contracts and Projects Construction team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major front-end construction projects, advising on some of the most innovative and high-profile developments globally. Summary Job title: Senior Associate Location: London Salary: Up to £130,000 DoE Experience: 4 PQE with experience in contracts and transactional construction The Role The team will work on a broad range of front-end construction matters, including: Advising on procurement routes and project procurement strategies Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, security documents, and third-party rights Advising on joint venture agreements, PFI/PPP documentation, and alliance agreements Supporting contract reviews, tender checks, competitive dialogue, and collaborative procurement methods The role offers exposure to a range of international and UK-based work across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial development. Candidate Profile Experienced Solicitor with strong experience in front-end construction law, gained in private practice or in-house Knowledge of procurement structures including design & build, construction management, PPP, PFI, and alliancing Experience working on international projects (preferred but not essential) Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills A fantastic opportunity for a senior construction lawyer looking to work at the forefront of complex international projects in a respected, forward-thinking firm.
