KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :SalesManager,BusinessDevelopmentManager,TechnicalSalesManager-Meters,Instrumentation,Water,Sewerage AsourSalesManager,youwillleadanddeveloptheUKteamtoachieverealisticrevenuetargetssetbythewidergroup.Thiswillalsobeabusinessgenerationandcustomer-facingrole,soyouwillwanttokeepthatcustomerengagementandenjoythesalescycle.Youwillhavetheautonomytosetsalesobjectivesandstrategiesandhelpmotivatethesalesteamhowyouseefit. Inadditiontothisyouwill: Overseeallleadershipelementsforthebusinessincludingcoaching,motivation,performancemanagement,recruitmentandtrainingforourUKSalesandServiceteam. ReporttotheManagingDirectorandwiderorganisationregularlyregardingsalesperformance AlongwiththeFieldServiceEngineer,manageclientprojectsfromsolutiondesigntoexecutionworkingcloselywithkeystakeholdersincludingcontractorsandcustomers Carryoutregularmarketanalysistoensureweareawareofourcompetitionandmarkettrendsthatmayleadtorevenueopportunities. Leadthepreparationofpublic-styletendersandproposalsandpresentsolutionseffectively.
