DBS Requirement: This role requires a current Enhanced DBS certificate covering both Adults & Children What You'll Be Doing: Leading kitchen operations in care homes and school environments Creating and delivering balanced, appealing menus tailored to dietary needs Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations Managing stock, budgets, and supplier relationships Supporting a positive kitchen culture and mentoring junior staff What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen management Flexibility to work across multiple sites in York Enhanced DBS for Adults & Children (essential) Why Join Us?
