You will play a key role in managing the purchase ledger and handling payment queries, while also contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team. Managing the purchase ledger process from start to finish Resolving payment queries and ensuring accurate record-keeping Processing expenses and assisting with payment runs Collaborating with the finance team to support broader accounting functions The Person The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant role will be detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Previous experience in purchase ledger management is highly desirable, along with familiarity with accounting systems.
