The Role No motorsport experience required We’re looking for a Vehicle Modelling Engineer to lead the development and correlation of high-fidelity vehicle and sub-system models. You’ll play a key role in advancing our simulation capabilities and supporting performance optimisation across the team. Key Responsibilities Support next-generation driver and lap simulation models. Improve grounding and track models for dynamic simulations. Collaborate with the tyre team on lateral and yaw dynamics. Deliver clear, well-documented code and actionable insights. Job requirements What You’ll Bring Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics. Proficiency in MATLAB and MathWorks toolchain. Understanding of vehicle physics and simulation techniques. Strong skills in data analysis, applied mathematics, and dynamical systems. Bonus: C/C++ and Python experience. Personal Attributes Innovative and fearless in proposing new ideas. Clear communicator with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences. Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
