Recognised by the Legal 500, the Corporate team advises a wide-ranging client base, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and multinational corporations. In this role, you will support and lead on a variety of high-quality, locally rooted corporate matters, including M&A, equity investments, commercial contracts, company structuring, scale-ups and more. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions and have the opportunity to manage your own client relationships early on.
