Residential Conveyancer A long-established law firm in south London is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner. The work is a full range of residential conveyancing with a focus on local properties. This firm has a strong administrative team, where each Fee Earner has a dedicated Administrator. Your caseload will include: - Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases - Re-mortgages - Help-to-buys You must: - Have 3 years of experience managing a caseload independently - Be able to manage client expectations well - Be driven to provide high-quality work and service to clients On Offer: - Flexible working hours (ideal for those with a family) - Hybrid working (2 days working from home per week) - A generous bonus scheme - 25 days holiday - Dedicated administrative support Additionally, this south London based firm has lots of referrers therefore, this is not a business development role but will require strong client relationship skills; plenty of work awaits.
