Senior Systems Engineer - Architecture

This role supports the development of submarine systems by providing technical input across all phases of the engineering lifecycle. You'll help define system architectures and support cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical input to lifecycle deliverables and design reviews Develop and maintain logical, physical, and functional system architectures Support projects beyond immediate scope Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines Essential Skills: Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle, especially concept/design phases STEM degree or relevant experience in Automotive, Defence, Telecommunications, or Nuclear sectors Experience with early-stage concept and design work Desirable: Membership in INCOSE Benefits: Includes pension scheme, enhanced leave, share incentive plan, flexible working, employee assistance programme, Cycle2work, and potential annual incentives.
