The role will operate on a 2-shift pattern, days and backs from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. If you meet the person specification below, apply now for an immediate response . The Job you will do: Support and maintain QA and nutritional standards in line with BRC Higher Level accreditation Perform QC, QA and hygiene checks across production, including cleaning audits and documentation reviews Collect product and environmental samples for micro, shelf life, swab and ATP testing Carry out weight, calibration, and traceability checks Coordinate tasting sessions and participate in sensory evaluation panels Assist with internal audits and complaint investigations Liaise with external laboratories and pest control providers Ensure all test records and corrective actions are documented and communicated appropriately About you: You will have a proven track record within a relevant quality role, ideally within the food/FMCG sector or another related field. You will be flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritise essential tasks. It is essential that you can commit to the working hours of the role. You will be experienced with record keeping and be experienced in maintaining quality management documents. A Team player and willing to work cross functionally with the relevant departments
