Global Medical Copywriter

Medical Writers assume responsibility for understanding the scientific and clinical aspects of their assigned businesses in depth and serve as a key resource for both internal teams and clients. They will represent the scientific perspective throughout development of manuscripts and presentations and ensure scientific and clinical relevance. Medical Writers will develop their strategic skill set to uncover the most compelling way in which to communicate brand differentiation. Demonstration of excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and interpretive skills, is needed. Responsabilities : Knowledge/Expertise Autonomous in bibliographic research Understand regulatory principles of health communication (basic principles, environmental communication, product communication, presentation of a study, etc.) Mastery of proofreading missions, correction of documents for exchange with the lab and studio. Mastery of the structure of most of the documents created by the agency (detail aids, posology sheets, print, digital, etc.) and initial approach to omnichannel strategies. Ability to work on the design and writing of many types of support and ability to present it to the client. Ability to carry out a project with opinion leaders (design, follow-up and delivery) under supervision Ability to assist a board meeting (prepared with your manager) and write the minutes Ensure project follow-up of his projects (a greater number of projects) Ability to juggle a multitude of projects. Autonomous and proactive in project management. Understanding what a strategically relevant deliverable is. Mastery of the English language, syntax, punctuation and spelling. Strategic Skills/Tools Follow the strategy defined for the brand and his environment and propose leads for the strategy team Respects the common thread for each brand and ensure the thread is used in every project Client Relationships Participate in client meetings and be an actor in meetings Knowing/being able to present your slides to the client (having a clear, dynamic, warm and intelligible presentation) Able to guide the client in terms of regulations. Ability to manage a client meeting independently ( with the account services team). Identified by the client as a key contact. Business Development Carrying out and presenting the medical analysis in reco, in collaboration with the manager. Proposal/structuring/writing of deliverables for the reco and presentation to the client Encouraged to propose a communication concept considering the medical specificities of the drug. Qualifications Doctorate / higher medical or biology - related degree 2 years' of experience Excellent English language skills Competency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Working knowledge of AI tools to assist in relevant ares of work Get to grips with lab platforms (promomat, etc.)
