Mechanical Completion Coordinator

RINA is currently recruiting: Mechanical Completion Coordinator Location: Ravenna Overview Mechanical Completion Coordinator role based in Ravenna, focused on supervision and execution of mechanical completion activities in line with international standards, company specifications and construction best practices. Responsibilities Mechanical systems (Machinery, Vessels, Tanks, Mixers, Heat Exchangers, Fired heaters, etc.), piping systems (Piping, Valves/Actuators, Supports) and related installation activities, supervised in compliance with standards and project requirements. Manage documents from selection and adoption through installation and as-built stages. Mechanical connections (Flanged, Clamped, Threaded); select best technical/economical solutions for materials and installation; manage temporary and commissioning connections/blindings. Painting and corrosion protection/insulation; cathodic protection; scaffolding management. Mechanical completion activities: effectiveness, efficiency and safety of installation, traceability of connections, welding NDT (X-rays) where required, and ensuring quality and integrity of materials and systems. Support to pre-commissioning and commissioning, including selection and dimensioning of sub-systems for commissioning and related temporary and final mechanical completion. All painting cycles, corrosion protection, insulation installation/removal for commissioning; scaffolding design, installation and removal. Support to inspections per Inspection Data Sheets where applicable.
