Job Description

Overview We are looking for a motivated Administrative Support - Invoicing officer to join our Inspection Business Area in Italy. The Administrative Support - Invoicing officer is a key member of the Inspection Italy Finance Team and reports to the Business Controller / Finance Manager. The person will work also with the Operation Team and is responsible for invoicing process to External & Internal customers, order monitoring and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to External Customers. Responsibilities Reviewing and issuing invoices to both External & Internal customers Submission of Monthly Progress Reports Follow-up of the invoicing status in line with DNV invoicing model and local processes Assist the Business Controller in reporting invoicing issues Assist the Business Controller by monthly closing re WIP and Revenue recognition activities Close collaboration with the finance teams of the Business Area and of the DNV Group in and out of Europe Close collaboration with the local Operations and Sales Team Keeping high data quality in the system General internal and external administrative tasks J-18808-Ljbffr
