Position: Marketing & Events Project Manager Location: Etxebarri (Bizkaia) Work Mode: On-site Availability: Occasional weekend travel for events Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing & Events Project Manager to join our team. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, coordinating brand and product launches, and managing our presence at trade shows and industry events across Europe and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing projects from planning to execution Support brand and product launches Organize and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and events Coordinate with suppliers and compare quotes for promotional materials Collaborate with external designers on visual assets Manage stock and logistics of promotional items Oversee shipments to clients, including picking lists and merchandise coordination Monitor industry events and identify new opportunities Manage and track the marketing department’s budget in collaboration with the CMO Handle invoices and financial documentation Prepare monthly activity reports Ensure effective communication within the Marketing team and across departments Support Brand Ambassadors in campaigns and point-of-sale activities Requirements Experience Minimum 2–3 years in event planning, stock management, budgeting, and team collaboration Experience in brand launches or rebranding is a plus Education University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field Languages Fluent in English and Spanish Knowledge of other languages is a plus Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Key Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time and workload effectively under tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments Self-motivation and proactive approach Personal Attributes Collaborative and team-oriented Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks Independent, methodical, and committed to project success Availability to work on-site in Bizkaia Comfortable with fast-paced environments and challenges Interested?
