Opportunity: EWP Design Manager
Pay Range: $90,000 to $100,000.00 (based on experience)
Location: Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Day to Day:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-person team of Structural Designers.
- Review outgoing designs for accuracy and optimization.
- Allocate resources effectively to balance priorities across multiple projects.
- Hold team accountable for meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster growth within the Design Team.
- Provide job-site support, with the aid of sales department, when requested.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of experience with Structural Design and/or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- General knowledge of construction industry.
- Knowledge of floor and roof truss design process
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
- Knowledge of current local codes associated with structural design.
- Good written and oral communication skills are required.
