For OR/CST Unit will only take 1 Holiday request Must include middle initial at the time of submission Requires specific amount of exp. - Specific to Unit, some will take 1 year experience, will accept first time travelers Valid State License - VA or Compact required with submission, Allied Varies (include in profile) VA License needed for Radiology positions at any MIF location. (Temp license is fine for Stafford and Mary Washington Hospitals) Submit copies of all required certs and current Nursys report Local Radius Rule - No Rule Local Rules - Accepted/ Same rate Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby Depending on Volume/Census Specific Charting: EPIC Preferred Background Policy to be noted prior to submission - Nursys only Return Staff Policy - Must be gone 1 year before returning as a traveler Traveler agrees to obtain all required certifications prior to start.
