Customer Services Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

Key Requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Good IT skills with the ability to work with databases and generate reports Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and take ownership of client requests Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting deadlines Experience in coordinating logistics or client services (advantageous) About The Opportunity This is a customer-facing coordination role where you will be responsible for managing bunker quantity surveys from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring smooth delivery of work and prompt follow-up on all requests.
