Senior Project Manager

Long Term Contract Immediate Start This is an exciting opportunity to lead automation projects for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver an Automation project portfolio (range £20-£30 million). Define key project milestones and allocate sufficient resources. Coordinate technical departments to ensure all aspects of the project are under control. Schedule and supervise shipping, commissioning, and installation, including on-site management at customer premises. Maintain up-to-date project plans and documents. Drive continuous improvement activities. Manage project changes impacting scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Project management tools, e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6. Required/Desirable skills: 10 years of strong project management experience in Automation Equipment Manufacturing, Robotics, or High-tech Machinery building environment. Proven track record of independent, successful project delivery of high-value £20mil projects. Understanding of capital equipment engineering systems, an advantage if coming from industrial automation machinery. Proactive, can-do attitude with personal drive and motivation. Excellent communication skills at all levels within the team, wider business, and suppliers.
