Brick Cutting Supervisor

Supervisory experience managing a medium sized team (circa 14 people), experience in managing absence, investigations etc Labour Management / planning experience so planning daily labour to best utilise our machines in this area Production planning experience skill in planning / sequencing production Lean manufacturing knowledge looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements Machinery knowledge Good understanding of general production machinery able to troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines Strong Communication skills Shift: AM Shift (6am 2pm, Monday Friday) but with flexibility to move to 08:30pm 17:00pm in the future, as this area may move to 2 shifts, we would want the supervisor to be able to spend time with both shifts every day.
