Personal Lines Account Handler

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join our team in Halifax! In this role you will be expected to treat our customers fairly by providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to all clients, contributing to growth of the accounts while working within Group Broking Procedures and to company service standards. What youll be doing: Ensure clients have suitable insurance cover and provide professional advice, quotations, and service. Support business growth and align with strategy by generating new customers and communicating and collaborating with other departments and executives. Adhere to Group Broking Procedures for renewals, post-processing, and documentation, maintaining accurate records. Prepare and check risk registers, agendas, and reports, ensuring all documentation is reviewed before issue. What were looking for: Previous experience as an Account Handler within the insurance industry Good knowledge and understanding of Personal Lines insurance.
