Private Client Associate Solicitor – London Location: London (options for hybrid working) PQE: 6-7 Salary: £90,000–£120,000 Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent About My Client Join a leading Private Client team renowned for advising high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, families, business owners, and trustees. Key Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including: Estate planning, wills, and probate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Court of Protection, and capacity law Trust creation, restructuring, trustee advisory, and offshore structures Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and broader tax‑efficient structuring Succession and inter‑generational wealth planning Cross‑border estate and asset structuring Collaborate with specialists in tax, family, corporate, and property law to deliver integrated advice.
