Human Resources Advisor

We are working with a well-established and growing property company based in South London that is looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to join a people-focused business during an exciting period of growth. The role This position will play a key role in supporting the Head of HR and partnering with managers across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support as well as guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and broader people initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Advising and coaching managers on a range of HR and employee relations matters Supporting the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures Overseeing recruitment processes and managing onboarding for new employees Assisting with training and development initiatives across the business Maintaining HR records and contributing to regular reporting Playing an active role in wider HR projects and continuous improvement work Supporting with payroll What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a property, retail or hospitality Strong working knowledge of UK employment law A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is preferred A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a visible and impactful role within a supportive and collaborative HR function.
