Travel Product Development Manager

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to help shape the future of world-class open-water swimming adventures. Combining your travel industry knowledge and passion for adventure, you’ll lead a small team on developing new trips from concept to launch, refining existing products, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. This strategic role works closely with our Product, Commercial, and Operations teams – perfect if you’re a natural communicator, who’s commercially savvy, passionate about travel, innovation, and the open water. This is a unique chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing niche travel company. What you'll bring: Proven travel industry experience in product development, contracting or supplier management. Strong communication & supplier relationship skills. Confidence managing suppliers and delivering new experiences Project management skills and confidence managing a team to deliver results A balance of commercial thinking with creative flair A collaborative mindset and a love for swimming or adventure travel Why come and work with us?
