Senior Associate – Real Estate Commercial (4–8 PQE) Location: Manchester (Hybrid working – 1 day remote per week) We are working with a highly entrepreneurial and growing Real Estate Commercial team who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate (c.4–8 PQE) to join their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work with a dynamic and supportive team in a collaborative environment that recognises and rewards success. The Role This position offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial real estate work. Unlike traditional roles focused on narrow institutional work, this is a diverse position allowing you to run transactions and build relationships with a large and varied client base. You will: Manage your own caseload of mainstream commercial real estate matters. Work closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex transactions. Have significant client exposure and opportunities to develop relationships. Be actively involved in business development and shaping the growth of a sub-team within the wider department.
