Mechanical Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the material handling industry who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of bespoke equipment with the use of Autodesk Inventor. Mechanical Design Engineer Position Overview Creating engineering and manufacturing drawings with the use of Autodesk Inventor Updating the company product data management system Carrying out finite element analysis on equipment Carrying out risk analysis for design projects Mechanical Design Engineer Position Requirements Proven background within Mechanical Design and Finite Element Analysis Based in a commutable distance of Stockton on Tees Experience with 3D modelling software such as Inventor or Solidworks An understanding of the machinery directive is desirable Mechanical Design Engineer Position Remuneration Competitive salary Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday.
