Chef de Partie required for a Rosette level Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the south lakesarea.Salary isup to£31,000-33,000 tips of £300 - £500 a month (OTE £37-38k a year) and live in is available. The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing Rosette dishes using Cumbrian produce. They are big in showcasing local seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity
