Client Onboarding Lead Hertfordshire We're currently working with a fabulous leading regional law firm in Hertfordshire currently looking to add to their growing compliance function. Now lookig for someone to move into a supervisory role managing a small team ensuring stellar client service and regulatory standards. The role? Supervise and mentor New Business Assistants Monitor workflow & performance to meet SLAs and deadlines Provide training, onboarding & guidance to junior team members Escalate issues to the Head of Operations where needed Oversee client onboarding across property & private client matters Carry out AML checks, sanctions checks & conflict checks Review and record ID, liaising with clients directly when needed Ensure client care letters, terms of service and file openings are accurate and on time Support with file closures and retrievals in line with firm policy About you? ⭐ Experience in client services or compliance within the legal sector ⭐ Previous team supervision or mentoring experience ⭐ Confident communicator with both clients & colleagues ⭐ Knowledge of law firm compliance requirements (AML, SRA etc.) What's in it for you? 25 days holiday Healthcare cash plan Internal opportunities for progression and development Fantastic office-based culture Firmwide bonus scheme Interested?
