Job Description

Our client is the Luxembourg office of a prominent international law firm. They are seeking to build out their highly rated Banking and Corporate Finance practice by adding a talented junior-level Associate to their team. The team handles a broad range of cross-border transactional matters, including: Acquisition Finance Funds finance M&A/PE deals Financial Restructuring Capital Markets/Securitisation Candidates must be resident and admitted to practice in Luxembourg, with training and experience gained from a recognised transactional practice in the market. Experience in any transactional field will be sufficient for consideration, with a particular emphasis on cross-border matters and solid deal-management skills. An excellent command of English is essential. You will be joining a team with a positive and supportive culture and a light-touch approach to management. It's a grown-up environment in which you will be entrusted to take responsibility for your work product and your time management.
