Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation ? Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends ??
