Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Greater Manchester - Hybrid Working 2/3 days. £65k to 70k plus 15% bonus 10% pension and a host of other benefit's. Business Analyst with experience of SAP (HCM) or another Tier one provider needed to work within the Product Team supporting and driving the use of HR platforms for this North West based enterprise level critical national infrastructure organisation. As the Business Analyst, reporting to the Product Manager, you will have a key role in the product & change function, you’ll be charged with helping transform the business through technology, digital and automation; supporting the development of product strategy and the technology change roadmap. Working with the business and technology stakeholders, you will identify and understand business issues and needs; define and shape technology change projects and programmes and support delivery; testing and service transition as well as contributing to the realisation of business benefits. As a business analyst you must be able to demonstrate experience of working on a range of projects that combine systems, process and data changes along with a demonstrable track record of delivery in complex, commercially driven environments. The ability to understand the development lifecycle in terms of stages, principles and the changing responsibilities of a business analyst throughout is important as is the experience of business/benefit case development as well as business processes modelling. The business analyst in this team will need to understand business implementation principles and issues relating to legacy systems including the analytical ability to assess legacy system documentation to impact high profile changes. You will need to have operated as BA supporting HR platforms or working with HR stakeholders already to make an impact in this role.
