Key Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate system data Supporting with scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times About You Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Confident IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
