Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Remote working with visits across the South of England (M25 and M4 corridor) I am working with a specialist roofing and cladding contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in the sector to take ownership of projects and deliver them successfully from start to finish. The Role: Manage roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to completion Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards across multiple sites Coordinate with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met Report on project performance to senior management The Candidate: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing and cladding project management Strong organisational and leadership skills Able to communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and senior management Comfortable working from home while regularly visiting sites along the M25 and M4 corridor Full UK driving licence Package: Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Home-based working with travel expenses covered Opportunity to work with a respected contractor on high-quality projects Please get in touch with me on 07780 391525 or tyla@thesg.co.uk for more information.
