Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation (Education & Public Sector) Location: UK (Remote-first, with occasional UK travel) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £50,000-£70,000 bonus benefits The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant to lead workstreams within large education transformation programmes. This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and contribution to growth initiatives. What You'll Do - Lead delivery of workstreams in digital transformation projects. - Advise stakeholders on systems, data, and operating model improvements. - Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts. - Support business development through proposals, events, and thought leadership. - Shape methods, tools, and sector insights. What We're Looking For - 5-8 years' experience in consulting, digital transformation, or education leadership. - Strong experience managing projects or large workstreams. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships. - Commercial mindset with sector credibility.
