SEN Teacher (Autism Specialist) Brent, London Full-time, long term Through Milk Education Milk Education is working with a school in the Brent area to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher (Autism Specialist) . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who wants to make a real impact on the lives of children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The Role: Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with Autism. Support students in developing communication, social, and emotional skills. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to implement personalised learning plans. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive. Assess and track progress, adapting teaching methods to meet learning goals. What We’re Looking For: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experience working with students with Autism, ideally in a SEN or specialist setting. Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies for ASC. Resilience, patience, and a child-centred approach.
