Job role: Residential Childcare Support Worker Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28,683 - £29,426 annually Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to children living in a residential setting, ensuring their well-being and assisting in their development. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day care and support to children in a residential environment. Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and cared for. Assist children with daily activities, including personal care, education, and recreational pursuits. Support children in developing social skills and emotional resilience. Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs. Monitor and record children's progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
