Employment Senior Associate - Manchester City Centre - Up to £85,000 We are partnering with a highly regarded National commercial law firm to recruit a Senior Associate (Employment) for its Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top tier Legal 500 Employment team, led by a highly respected practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. The opportunity: You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and the chance to contribute to the growth and success of a supportive, collaborative team. Key responsibilities: Advising on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, grievance and disciplinary issues, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and tribunal claims Drafting contracts, policies, and other employment documentation Providing transactional support to corporate colleagues Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives About you: Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters Strong client-handling and business development skills A team player with the confidence to take on responsibility and deliver at a high standard Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone.
