HR Business Partner - 12 mth FTC

Our Birmingham client is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12-Month FTC to start ASAP. As HR Business Partner you will join the People Team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience during mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE transitions. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver smooth organisational change, ensure legal compliance, and support cultural integration. Key activities will include: Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver people plans. Leading end-to-end TUPE processes and supporting on M&A activity. Partnering with leaders to deliver people plans and manage change. Coaching managers through sensitive employee relations matters. Collaborating across the People Team to deliver joined-up support. Developing and supporting communication and engagement plans to build trust and transparency. The hiring manager is looking for an individual with: Strong HR generalist experience as well as change including TUPE, redundancy consultations and harmonisation. Proven and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and consultation processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in a multi-site environment is preferred. This role is based in Birmingham and offers hybrid working. Salary up to £60,000 per annum. 12 month Fixed Term contract
