The Role The firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0–4 years PQE to join its leading team in Leeds. This is an assisting role, supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value clinical negligence litigation. It offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to gain hands-on experience and develop their expertise in a top-ranked, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Taking initial instructions from clients and assessing the viability of cases through early-stage research and document review. Maintaining regular and clear communication with clients, counsel, medical experts, and internal stakeholders. Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings. Ensuring clients are kept informed about all stages of the process, including costs, changes in fee estimates, and case progress. Supporting senior lawyers with the day-to-day conduct and strategy of high-value litigation. Attending team meetings, case conferences, and hearings as required.
